Minor problems are identified and corrected before they become serious and major issues including the logging of service calls with vendors, and liaising with engineers to quickly resolve problems are dealt with by Stalient. Clients remain fully informed throughout the process. Downtime and disruption to the business are minimised, allowing the network to perform efficiently as a business enabler.

Stalient Systems also continue to work with the client through network upgrade and “Line of Business” (LOB) application selection, pilot and implementation projects. Our network designs are flexible and scalable, allowing growth to occur without constraint and removing costs associated with rework or redesign.
